Recalibrate Therapeutic Services’ fees from

I offer Therapy/Counselling Services in-person/office, or by phone and/or Video Conferencing. At this time, In-Person, Video Conference and Telephone sessions are available. Depending on Future Health Circumstances we will keep you posted about the sessions. Please contact me for specific details or questions.
- Sessions that go over these times are billed in 15-minute increments. Payment is due at the end of each session and can be paid by cheque, cash, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), Credit Card (expected by October 2022).
- Payment receipts for income tax and insurance are issued electronically once payment is verified. Payment is requested following the delivery of service, however alternate arrangements can be considered when requested in advance. Otherwise, payments not made after 14 days shall result in the suspension of service until payment is made.
- Sessions are now available for 55 minutes, 70 minutes or 85 minutes subject to booking availability.
- You may inquire about my sliding scale which is determined on an individual and case-by-case basis. Your mental health is a priority and thus I will accommodate Flexible Fee arrangements. Please contact me for further information.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change a scheduled appointment. In the event of illness or an emergency, please notify me at the earliest possible time. If you cancel or miss two or more appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will reach out to attempt to work out a solution. If you miss an appointment without any notification, I may contact you, and potentially your emergency contact, to ensure your safety.
All missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial or full session fee charged for each missed or cancelled appointment.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have insurance benefits that include a Registered Social Worker?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Sessions are 55, 70 & 85 minutes in length; To maintain an equitable practice, I offer a limited number of spots on a sliding-scale basis for those clients, who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford therapy. Sessions are offered in person, in-home, and phone/video counselling through a secure telemedicine on-line platform.
Cash, cheque, or e-money transfer.
The cost of counselling may be free or partially covered by your insurance company or private health plan. You can contact your providers to inquire about coverage for social work counselling services.
Counselling and psychotherapy
services are available to:

Social work counselling services can be claimed on your income tax through the Medical Expense Tax Credit (METC).
